Principle of the equipment
The core part of the volatile oil extraction is the special oil-water separator for volatile oil extraction, which is mainly composed of two parts, the upper part is the horizontal condenser, the lower part is the oil-water separator, and the storage tank is connected with the traditional Chinese medicine extraction tank at a suitable position. In the production process, volatile oil gas and water vapour together into the condenser, after heat exchange, volatile oil gas and water vapour become liquid into the oil-water separator, due to the oil, water is not soluble, and the density is different, the volatile oil floats in the water on top of the oil-water separator to stay in the upper glass view of the oil-water separator, the oil reaches a certain thickness through the adjustment of the outlet valve will be sent to the export of the oil in the oil cup, to achieve the purpose of recycling.
