Principle of the equipment
Steam into the shell process of the heating chamber, the liquid in the column tube is heated by the liquid level rises, from the nozzle into the evaporation chamber, steam-liquid separation, the liquid from the circulating pipe back to the lower part of the heating chamber reheating, the liquid is heated and sprayed into the evaporation chamber to form a cycle. Liquid concentration to a certain extent, after sampling to determine the qualification of the material from the discharge port out of the material. Evaporation room evaporation out of the secondary steam by the elimination of foam foam and then through the steam-liquid separator, part of the material to return to the evaporation room, the rest of the secondary steam by the condenser and the cooler cooled into a liquid into the liquid tank, and finally non-condensable gas by the vacuum pump pumped out!
Equipment use and structure
The external circulation concentrator is suitable for the concentration of materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, food and dairy products, and the recovery of industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol), and is suitable for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials in small batches and many varieties. The concentrator is mainly composed of heater, evaporation chamber, steam-water separator, condenser, liquid collecting tank, vacuum pump, electric control cabinet, valves, pipelines and other systems.
