Photosynthetic Bacteria Fermentation Tank: Usage of Photosynthetic Bacteria

1. Use as appropriate. When using, mix 2-5g/m3 of photosynthetic bacteria with fine dry feces and sprinkle them evenly into the pond. Then, add 1-2 g/m3 of water every 20 days, and sprinkle the entire pond; When using a shrimp and crab pond, mix 5-10g/m3 of fine dry fertilizer mud and evenly spread it in the pond. Then, add 2-5g/m3 of water every 20 days or so, and then sprinkle the entire pond; When adding photosynthetic bacteria (fish, shrimp, crabs) to the feed, they can be mixed in a 1% ratio and fed every 2-3 days; When used for disease prevention, it can be used frequently. The application rate for fish ponds is 1-2g/m3, and for shrimp and crab ponds is 5-10g/m3. The method is to add water and sprinkle it all over the pond.

2. Use it at the right time. Choose to use on sunny days. The suitable water temperature for using photosynthetic bacteria is above 20, which is not suitable for use in low temperature, cloudy, and rainy weather.

3. Look at the uses of water. The use of photosynthetic bacteria in fertilized water can promote the conversion of organic pollutants, avoid the accumulation of harmful substances, improve the water environment, and increase biological feed. When the water body is thin, fertilizing first to improve water quality, and then applying photosynthetic bacteria is beneficial for maintaining the vitality and reproductive advantages of photosynthetic bacteria in the water body, and reducing usage costs. In addition, when the pool water is acidic, quick lime should be used to adjust the pH value between 7.0 and 8.0, and then photosynthetic bacteria should be added.

4. Combine with fertilizers. In ponds, when fertilizing, the combination of photosynthetic bacteria has a more significant effect. This can not only avoid the defect of difficult to grasp water quality caused by excessive fertilization, but also prevent the deterioration of water quality caused by algae aging, which is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of water aquaculture and purification.

Photosynthetic bacteria fermentation tank: cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria

The production of a photosynthetic bacteria fermentation tank starts with stirring. During the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria, keeping the bacterial liquid in a dynamic state is beneficial for bacterial cells to float and obtain light, promoting good growth of bacterial cells. Practice has shown that the concentration of bacterial solution in dynamic culture is higher than that in static culture. Usually, manual periodic stirring or sealed circulation pumps are used to slowly circulate the culture solution. Then, by adjusting the lighting, most photosynthetic bacteria use near-700-900 nanometers of infrared light, which can be met by a regular 25-60 watt light bulb. Different lighting intensities and strain requirements are generally adjusted by controlling the distance between the bulb and the strain level, usually within 15-25cm. Of course, sunshine is the best and there is no cost. Generally speaking, the optimal cultivation temperature range for strains is 25-34 (with an adaptation range of 15-40). When the temperature is below 15% C, growth slows down, the color of the bacterial solution darkens, and precipitation increases. Then, measure the pH value because bacteria have to use organic acids in the culture medium during the cultivation process, which leads to an increase in the pH value. So it is necessary to measure the pH value at least once or twice a day. Initially, it can be measured once a day and increased once in the following days. Then, in the biological control of enemies and pests, the main preventive measure is to choose clean water and strictly disinfect it. Choose high-quality bacterial strains. The activity of aging photosynthetic bacteria is poor, and there are many harmful metabolites in the bacterial fluid. Then select a strain with high concentration, strong activity, less miscellaneous bacteria, and a bright purple red bacterial liquid. Maintain an advantage in vaccination quantity. In the process of large-scale production, because the mixed bacteria in the water source, container and air cannot be eliminated, the inoculation amount should be increased to make the photosynthetic bacteria occupy absolute advantage, so as to cultivate high-quality bacterial liquid. Finally, when the content of photosynthetic bacteria is high, they can also release antibacterial enzymes to inhibit the growth of some miscellaneous bacteria. Practice has proven that the normal inoculation amount for productive cultivation should not be less than 1:5, that is, 1 strain (3 billion level) and 5 culture media; When the vaccination conditions are not good, the vaccination amount should not be less than 1:1. Choosing a suitable culture medium is also an important measure to maintain a quantitative advantage.
