In April, 2024, Tesla Battery Minerals and Metals inquired us about a "2L lab reactor".

We discussed all the details about the reactor in a month.

In June, 2024, they placed the order to us.

"OLT-HP-2L miniature mechanical stirring autoclave" is a high-end intelligent miniature kettle developed and produced by our factory in cooperation with various universities for more than ten years, and the kettle body is processed and shaped by a large machining center in one time. The reaction kettle is flanged structure, fastened with multiple high-pressure bolts, stirred with three-blade paddle inside, and the control system is our self-developed ZX-CTSCS-TC, which integrates temperature, speed, torque, time and pressure into one control, with sound and light alarm functions such as over-temperature, over-time and over-pressure (constant pressure). The   display interface is 7-inch true color touch screen display, stirring drive is magnetically coupled, using high-torque brushless motor, temperature control system using the United States imported PID temperature control. The valve and pressure gauge connection is equipped with fin-type heat dissipation device to improve the service life of accessories, and it is not easy to be scalded when sampling at high temperature and pressure.
